I want you to love your new piece of jewelry, but if for some reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, I will be happy to offer a refund, credit, or exchange on any item within fourteen (14) days from purchase (30 days for the month of December). Any returns after this time are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee. The returned item must be in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) are unscratched and unmarred. The is no refund on shipping/handling charges. 

All custom pieces and sales items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Please email me at jewelrybylanamarie@gmail.com before sending to let me know you are requesting a refund, credit or exchange. Please include in the email, the date purchased, the item number on your receipt, and the reason for returning.

I will send you an email with shipping instructions.

When returning items, please use a box with padding or a padded envelop to protect the pieces during shipment. Please insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipment.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. Please allow 3-5 days for credit to be processed.

Damages and Repairs:

If you receive a damaged item(s), please let me know within seven (7) days of receiving the item(s) to be eligible for a no-charge repair. Please contact by email jewelrybylanamarie@gmail.com.

I will not sell, share, or trade any information you supply to me with a third party. Any information I collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to notify you via text, email, or mail of promotions and upcoming events. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, please email me at jewelrybylanamarie@gmail.com with "REMOVE" as the subject header.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for these items.

All molds and prints used to make "Charming Prints" will be returned with your finished item(s).
